Executive Assistant

Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at TARME Tech.

Responsibilities:

  • Executive Support
  • Manage complex calendars for the Partner Team, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items.
  • Coordinate and manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt attention to critical matters.

Operational Support

  • Oversee the execution of special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
  • Assist in maintain and optimize internal processes
  • Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense reporting for the Partner Team.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Partner Team and other departments as needed, fostering collaboration and communication.
  • Support client and team gifting needs in partnership with preferred vendors.

Event & Travel Coordination

  • Plan and coordinate team events, workshops, and off-site meetings.
  • Manage travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and meeting arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols during travel and event planning.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth interactions.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members, ensuring alignment with company culture and processes.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree is a plus.

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Armenian
  • Higher education business administration, communication, linguistics or relevant field.
