Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations at TARME Tech.
Responsibilities:
- Executive Support
- Manage complex calendars for the Partner Team, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and follow-up action items.
- Coordinate and manage email correspondence, ensuring prompt attention to critical matters.
Operational Support
- Oversee the execution of special projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals.
- Assist in maintain and optimize internal processes
- Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and expense reporting for the Partner Team.
- Serve as a liaison between the Partner Team and other departments as needed, fostering collaboration and communication.
- Support client and team gifting needs in partnership with preferred vendors.
Event & Travel Coordination
- Plan and coordinate team events, workshops, and off-site meetings.
- Manage travel logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and meeting arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols during travel and event planning.
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth interactions.
- Support the onboarding of new team members, ensuring alignment with company culture and processes.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent knowledge of English and Armenian
- Higher education business administration, communication, linguistics or relevant field.
