- Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues.

- Assist with returns, replacements, and warranty claims.
Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
