Customer Support Specialist

Provide exceptional support to customers by resolving their inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with TARME Tech products.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
  • Document customer feedback for product improvement.
  • Assist with returns, replacements, and warranty claims.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
